Product Structure
Genrae's current consumer product is designed to reduce a borrower's first-mortgage payment through institutional capital provided in exchange for a long-dated purchase option tied to future home value. The option is separate from the first mortgage and is intended to be subordinate to the first mortgage.
Genrae does not originate, underwrite, fund, or service the first mortgage through this website. Participating lenders and other counterparties may have their own licensing, underwriting, compliance, privacy, and disclosure obligations.
Eligibility and Availability
Product availability is limited and may depend on state law, property type, occupancy, down payment, lender participation, investor capital availability, title and closing requirements, program guidelines, and other criteria. Not every borrower, property, loan, lender, or jurisdiction will qualify.
