Partnership Update

Due to overwhelming demand and the breakout success of the AIM / Genrae program, current hedge fund capacity has been fully allocated nearly 60 days ahead of projections, a clear validation of both the market need and the strength of this product.

As a result, we are temporarily pausing new submissions while Genrae accelerates the next phase of the platform. This next phase is expected to include expanded hedge fund capacity, broader nationwide availability, and additional loan product offerings.

What began as a powerful affordability solution is quickly evolving into a significantly larger lending platform. While availability is temporarily limited, the next release is being built to deliver even greater reach, flexibility, and impact, and we believe it will be well worth the wait.
